Candidate profile:

Upper intermediate level of English

Candidates will be given full training on aspects of customer service, in car computer knowledge, local area knowledge, local driving awareness and key taxi routes to all airports, rail & dock terminals and a thorough London driving experience.

Full assistance is given for all licensing and legal issues.

· Stage 1- Will last 8 weeks. Whilst training and going through the induction period drivers will be paid £250 per week.

· Stage 2- Is scheduled to last for approximately 3 months. During this period the candidates will work out in the field with customers driving vehicles under PCV legislation and will have the opportunity of earning commission until they feel comfortable enough to work alone. During this Stage 2 candidates are self-employed and receive around 40% commission on all monies taken in during the work done by the candidate. The company pays for servicing, running costs of the vehicle. Training and assistance will be given until the taxi licence is granted.

· Stage 3- Candidates will be working alone and encouraged to proceed either on a percentage basis, sharing a car with another driver or to engage in contract rental/purchase deal through the company. potential earnings before tax in year 1 £18000 - £25000 for hard-working committed individuals prepared to work shifts, evenings and weekends.

· Please note that candidates will need to provide a clear and recent police record of good conduct . Candidates will need to exchange their home country driving licence for UK driving licence. On leaving the UK the home country licence can be exchanged for UK licence.

Accommodation –we will assist in finding accommodation. Cost of accommodation approximately between £45 and £75 per week. More details available from info@polishrecruitment.com
